After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double check these and contact us promptly in the case of any mistakes. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 72 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us here.

All orders are packaged with love, or at very least care, in our little offices in Melbourne or Sydney.
We try our absolute best to process all orders within 4 business days of receipt but it can sometimes take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, sales, global pandemics etc...).
You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

Most of the Postal services are experiencing transit time and delivery delays because of limited airline capacity, government restriction, important safety measures including physical distancing, employee absence and the huge extra volume of package every day… as a result of the pandemic. But they still working hard to collect, process and deliver mail/parcels in unprecedented times.
Many countries have implemented special measure to combat the spread of the pandemic, especially for signature service to maintain social distancing.

Orders over AU$100 get free shipping within Australia
Orders over AU$200 get free worldwide shipping.
In case of exchange or refund, please contact us promptly by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved.
Please note that:
- Only t-shirts are eligible for exchange
- You can ask for an exchange within 14 days of receipt
- If you’re shopping for a present and fear not to meet the 14-day deadline please give us notice beforehand
- Once your exchange is approved, you have 14 days to send the items in their original condition (properly folded in their paper bag with the tag attached)
- Returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense
- We encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble (delivery upon signature is not mandatory, a tracking service is enough)
- Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense
- Sales items are non-refundable but can be returned for exchange or store credit
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
