ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double check these and contact us promptly in the case of any mistakes. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 72 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us here.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are estimated at checkout.

All orders are packaged with love, or at very least care, in our little offices in Melbourne or Sydney.

We try our absolute best to process all orders within 4 business days of receipt but it can sometimes take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, sales, global pandemics etc...). 

You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out. 

 

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO BUSY CHRISTMAS PERIOD:

Due to peak Christmas season volumes, Australia Post cannot guarantee delivery of any orders made from today December 11, 2022 by Christmas day. We thank you magnificent customers for your support and wish you and your families an amazingly good Christmas.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over AU$100 get free shipping within Australia

Orders over AU$200 get free worldwide shipping. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUNDS

In case of exchange or refund, please contact us promptly by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved.

Please note that:

  • Only t-shirts are eligible for exchange
  • You can ask for an exchange within 14 days of receipt
  • If you’re shopping for a present and fear not to meet the 14-day deadline please give us notice beforehand
  • Once your exchange is approved, you have 14 days to send the items in their original condition (properly folded in their paper bag with the tag attached)
  • Returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense 
  • We encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble (delivery upon signature is not mandatory, a tracking service is enough)
  • Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense
  • Sales items are non-refundable but can be returned for exchange or store credit
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
